Any claims for damage or breaking during transport have to be taken up with the carrier on receipt and notified to EMCelettronica Srl within 8 days. After this period your request will not be taken in consideration.
After the order has been shiped, the customer will not be able to modify or cancel the order. In case of error or for eventual modifications please write an e-mail at info@emcelettronica.com within 24 hours from the purchase.
